Q: Security 

1) How am I going to hide desktop display including folders, program
shortcuts, My Computer, etc for security purposes?
2) How to execute Windows Explorer for certain path and hide all the
menus and toolbars (security also)?
3) How to track the usage of certain applications such as games for my
friend to charge his customers?

I wouldn't make this applications for yourself.. it's to much work. 
There are several programs which will do it for you. I just read 
about a program called 'Full Control' and 'WinU'. It seems that they 
will do what you want. Just take a look at their website:
